my name is Peter Schall, I am 35 years old, I have a girl-friend who bears my passion for watches every day and a 1 1/2 year old daughter who is - fortunately - fascinated again and again when she listens to the ticking of a mechanical watch. Moreover I also belong to a small group of watchmakers and engineers who decided about one year ago to develop accurate timepieces for professionals and watch lovers and to found
SONIC WATCHES, located in Mannheim, Germany.
Our products meet the highest demands and withstand the hardest conditions as they result – beside our technical and vocational skills – from our experience as
passionate sea and sky divers.
Our first model - that came into serial production - is the
SONIC BARRACUDA 2000M:

+ Swiss automatic movement ETA 2824-2 in the certifiable version (ETA quality classification "TOP")
With a diameter of 45mm the SONIC BARRACUDA 2000M is a diving watch designed without any compromise for professional applications and therefore an appropriate companion for people with an active lifestyle. Its mechanical inner life is protected by state-of-the-art technology. The very well-known 2000m water resistant case is
manufactured and finished in Germany and fulfills perfectly our requirements.
To ensure the best reading under all conditions, bezel, dial and hands are equipped with Superluminova C1 illuminating elements.
The crown is guarded and screwed.
At position 09.00 o'clock the SONIC BARRACUDA 2000M carries a helium escape valve that finds its usage in professional diving applications with a helium-enriched environment.
The massive case back is engraved and serially numbered. The complete case shows up with a perfectly machined surface which can be seen in the area between the lugs, too.
Multiple options, e.g. in regards of hands and surface finish, enable you to create your personal timepiece. Further, we are able
to print the dial of your watch individually, e.g. with the logo of your club or company.
Currently, we offer an introductory price for all models amounting to

503,36 EUR (no 19 % German VAT, for customers in third party countries, e.g. USA and Switzerland).
Later the prices will be between 799 EUR and 899 EUR (inc. 19 % VAT) depending on the desired configuration.
