Une perte de colis la période de Noel, quand tu sais que c'est la période NOIRE de l'année, bien possible.
Au niveau de tes mails tu as reçus quoi ? Tu as un mail qui te confirme l'expédition ? Si CW a bien donné le colis à DHL il faut insister sur DHL... Tu es sur que le mail reçu c'est DHL et pas la poste singapourienne ?
